What do I get in my monthly shipment?
Each month, you'll get a new exciting color coordinated selection of Delica beads. In your first shipment, you'll also get a FREE plastic storage box, to start your bead organization system. Every time you fill up the box, we'll send you another FREE storage box to keep you organized.

How many shipments do I have to buy?
You can cancel your membership at any time. If for any reason you do not wish to keep a shipment, simply return the entire shipment for full credit of the Club price (if you received a FREE plastic box with the order, the box must also be returned for full credit). Please be sure to include a copy of the invoice so that we can properly credit your account.

How do I pay for my shipments?
Our automated shipment software requires payment by credit card (we accept MasterCard and Visa). By joining, you are authorizing us to charge each shipment, plus shipping and handling, to your credit card each month, just before your Club shipment goes out.

How do I ‘EARN’ free Delicas?
You will receive 5 FREE grams of Delicas EACH TIME you do any one of the following:
1) Get a friend to sign up for the Mix of the Month club (make sure they tell us that you referred them to us!) or
2) Upgrade your Club Membership from a regular shipment to our 'Double your Fun' package.

What is the 'DOUBLE YOUR FUN' Mix of the Month Club?
The 'DOUBLE YOUR FUN' Mix of the Month Club is especially for those that just can't get enough Delicas! You get the same color combinations as the regular Mix of the Month Club BUT you get twice as many beads. 10 full grams of each color packaged in an individually labeled Flip Top container. Your first shipment will come in a FREE plastic storage box, and we'll continue to send you FREE boxes every 3 months.

When can I expect to receive my shipments?
In most cases, we ship your first shipment within 2-3 business days after you place your order. For subsequent shipments, we begin sending out Club packages around the 10th of each month. In general, you can expect the charge to appear on your credit card between the 10th and 15th of each month, and you can expect to receive your package by the 20th. If you have not received your shipment by the end of the month, please email to janetv@javallebeads.com and we will be happy to research the problem.

What about International shipping?
We will ship anywhere outside of the US via Global Priority Mail. If Global Priority Mail is available in your country, we will ship to you. We charge actual mail fees.

What if I decide to cancel, upgrade, change or downgrade my membership?
Contact us by the first of the month via email or snail mail and we'll be sure to catch your next shipment before it goes out the door. If we don’t, and you receive a shipment after cancellation, DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE! Simply write 'REFUSED' across the front and put it back into your mailbox. We'll credit your account as soon as the package is returned.

I can't wait to get my first shipment of beads! How do I sign up?
Simply click on the Mix of the Month Clubs link at the top of the Navigation Bar on the left side of the Home Page. Click on one of the sub categories or scroll down and you'll see the information on both the Regular MIX OF THE MONTH Club and the DOUBLE YOUR FUN MIX OF THE MONTH Club. Make your selection and add it to your shopping cart.

When you have completed your shopping, just click on View My Cart and complete the order form.
