How do I access the Members Only Shopping Section? The only way to access the Members Only Shopping Section is to log into your account at JaValle Beads. After you have successfully logged in, you will see a JaValle Jazz Members Only link on the left hand side of the page. Clicking on this link will provide access.
How do I get Members Only Pricing on Delica Sets? Membership pricing applies to any of the New Delica Sets listed under the JaValle Jazz Members Only section. These prices are valid for the entire month and will be updated regularly.
How does the FREE SHIPPING work? When you joined the JaValle Jazz Savings Club you received a Membership Card along with your Membership Gift. This card has your unique "JJ" membership number. Entering this number in the Coupon Box when you check out will activate your FREE SHIPPING feature. Periodically, there may be another Coupon Code that could apply to your order. Place the first Coupon Code in the box and continue checking out. You will have another opportunity before you finalize your order to add the "JJ" number for FREE SHIPPING.
I added a Delica Set to my Shopping Cart but I didn't get Members Only Pricing? The only items that qualify for Members Only Pricing will be available in the 'JaValle Jazz Members Only' section. These products have special item numbers that will bill your account correctly. Any item added through the regular links on the website will not display in your Shopping Cart with Members Only Pricing.
